Congratulations to Lester Banks, Bryan High campus monitor and community service coordinator, and Jones Elementary Principal Linda Montoya for being honored as Transformational Leaders by the Texas A&M University College of Education & Human Development at the 2019 Dean’s Roundtable event last week.

Assistant Coach of the Year

Congratulations to Bryan High’s Johnathon Hines for being named the Texas Association Basketball Coaches 6A Assistant Coach of the Year! In addition to serving as a basketball coach, Johnathon serves as a special education teacher and department chair.

Outstanding Educators

Congratulations to Renee Richards, Bryan High School art teacher, and Christina Richardson, advanced academics director, for being presented with 2019 George H. W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum’s Outstanding Educator Awards last week!

Fourth-graders from Bonham Elementary in Bryan ISD hand-delivered birthday cards today to Ret. Major Edward Hull in celebration of his 100th birthday this Saturday. Thanks to his family, each one of the fourth graders got to shake Major Hull’s hand along with Marian, his wife of 73 years.

Hours

  • Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Closed from noon – 1 p.m.
  • Friday 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Open during the noon hour
  • Saturday 8 a.m. – 2 p.m*.; for minor acute illnesses only and by appointment only

*Appointments are required.  A limited number of walk-ins are available during the weekdays from 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 am for minor acute illnesses only and are available on a first come first served basis. The Center observes the City of Bryan’s holiday schedule.
