While the&nbsp;grade&nbsp;window&nbsp;is&nbsp;open&nbsp;you may load and save your&nbsp;grades&nbsp;as many times as needed.&nbsp;<br>The&nbsp;window&nbsp;will close&nbsp;<strong>Tuesday, November&nbsp;3&nbsp;at 8&nbsp;am.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Convert blank&nbsp;grades&nbsp;to an&nbsp;M&nbsp;(missing) which calculates as a 0 or give an&nbsp;X&nbsp;(excused) which excludes the&nbsp;grade&nbsp;from the average.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Please make sure you have made your&nbsp;grades&nbsp;visible to parents (the green circle is filled in in your&nbsp;grade&nbsp;book)<\/li><li>You should have a minimum of&nbsp;3&nbsp;major&nbsp;grades&nbsp;and&nbsp;10&nbsp;daily&nbsp;grades&nbsp;for&nbsp;report&nbsp;cards.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Helpful hints\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If you discover your&nbsp;grades&nbsp;seem to have disappeared but you entered them etc., check to make sure the marking period is the correct one.<\/li><li>If you have more than one section of students per class you can click on the multiple class section to enter the&nbsp;grades&nbsp;for the whole class and not one section at a time.&nbsp;<\/li><li>If you are experiencing a problem with loading and saving your&nbsp;grades&nbsp;please let me know&nbsp;ASAP.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-large-font-size has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>If you are issuing an I (incomplete)<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Bryan ISD will extend this same grace to all students, regardless of their UIL participation. Teachers may now enter an &#8220;I&#8221; &#8211; Incomplete for a Six Weeks grade, giving students the 14-day grace period beyond the close of the grading period to show mastery of the content.&nbsp; This grace could include turning in missing assignments, alternate assignments, and\/or the required reteaching and retesting as per Bryan ISD grading guidelines and based on teacher determination.&nbsp;  <strong>Incomplete grade corrections must be turned in by<\/strong><strong> November 13, 2020<\/strong><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The&nbsp;report&nbsp;card&nbsp;grade&nbsp;window&nbsp;is now&nbsp;open&nbsp;for you to load and save your&nbsp;grades.
