The progress report card grade window is now open for you to load and save your grades. While the grade window is open you may load and save your grades as many times as needed. The window will close Monday at 8 am.
Convert blank grades to an M (missing) which calculates as a 0 or give an X (excused) which excludes the grade from the average. Please make sure you have made your grades visible to parents (the green circle is filled in in your grade book)
You should have a minimum of one major grade and five daily grades for progress reports.
Helpful hints…
- If you discover your grades seem to have disappeared but you entered them etc., check to make sure the marking period (MP4) is the correct one.
- If you have more than one section of students per class you can click on the multiple class section to enter the grades for the whole class and not one section at a time.
