On October 12, the survey to change a student’s instructional model (learning location) for the 3rd 6-weeks will be sent to parents. Also on October 12, Communications will begin advertising the survey. No action is needed on your part. Just like the survey from the 2nd 6-weeks, if the parent is not changing the instructional model for their student, then no action is required. The survey will close on October 19 at 11:59 p.m.
Data Services will process responses each day while the survey is open. You can run the Learning Location Change reports in Cognos to see the list of students that are changing (Team Content>_Learning Location>Demographics (LL)> Rosters (LL))
