Just a reminder from the district that absences must be entered into Frontline prior to 6 a.m. If the absence is not entered then we will need a specific reason why you did not complete the required task. The district is requiring that we put in the notes why it was not entered in a timely manner. Yes, we know there are emergencies, however, if the absence is not entered prior to 6 a. m. there will be no substitute. We all know how many times folks are subbing to this point already and we are not to the time of the year when absences increase dramatically. Just a suggestion if you have any idea you may not make it the next day to work, then go ahead and put yourself out. We can always send the substitute to another job.
