The Texas A&M University, Center for Research & Development in Dual Language & Literacy Acquisition (CRDLLA), Project ETELL, A&M’s Empowering Teachers of English Language Learners (ETELL) is back. Through this project, teachers can enroll in our online preparation courses to guide them in obtaining their ESL/Bilingual teaching certification at no charge. Below are the upcoming course date(s) for Fall 2020 & Spring 2021 and registration link.
- Fall 2020 Cohort 1 Course dates: October 5 – November 20
- Spring 2021 Cohort 1 Course dates: January 11 – February 26

Project ETELL provides free online professional development (60 hours per course) and instructional materials for in-service teachers of English Language Learners to aid in passing the certification exam(s) in Bilingual Education and English as a Second Language. Also, the project reimburses the exam(s) fees to participant teachers who complete all course requirements. For course brochure click here.
