The district is reporting that lately, we have had an unusual amount of no call, no shows from our subs and when We look into the history, the majority of the time it is because a teacher tagged a sub to the job without confirming that the teacher was available to work. Please do not insert a substitute unless you have contacted them and they have agreed to substitute. This has happened at Davila once already, we realize you are trying to be helpful. However, it causes problems as the substitute has no clue they were in the job or that they were to plan on coming to Davila. Thanks for trying to take care of your job when you are out!
