The City of College Station is offering a free four part homebuyer education course in October at the Lincoln Rec. Center that is open to the entire Community. Topics covered will include Credit, Mortgage Loans, Shopping for a Home, the Closing Process and more. The class is taught by a certified instructor. Dinner will be provided and certificates provided for those who attend all four sessions.
