Just a reminder that your annual goal setting and SLO will be due in a September 9, 2019, and should be completed in Eduphoria under STRIVE. If you need help please ask.
How To Complete:
1. Log into STRIVE and click on EVALUATIONS… DO NOT click on GOALS; otherwise, you will not get the right template!
2. Click on the + sign in PROFESSIONAL GOALS and add all the required info for your first goal. Be sure you do this twice so that you can enter BOTH of your professional goals.
3. Click on the + sign in SLO and add all the required info for your SLO.
4. Don’t know what to write? Ask your mentor, instructional coach, appraiser, or me.
Deadline: Monday, September 9
Your appraiser will beging setting Annual Goal and SLO conferences following September 9th. If you have completed yours and would like to schedule your conference early, please email your appraiser. All teachers must submit annual goals and SLO, even if he/she qualifies for B-Tess Exemption.
