As you prepare for tests (DBAs, etc), you will must visit the eSped documents shared by the case managers of the scholars in your class. However, it can be overwhelming to see all the accommodations that are required to be provided for each scholar in each class on testing day.
Last year, my teaching partner, Mrs. Favors, and I made a “Accommodations @ a Glance” spread sheet for each grade of our scholars while prepping for our STAAR ALT 2 test. This allowed us to quickly reference what accommodations each scholar had.
I have created a similar template with the most frequent testing accommodations scholars have. Simply make a copy to your drive, add your scholars and put a check under the accommodations they have. I black out the ones a scholar does not have in order to make it easier to see what is checked. Since you will have your own copy, you can add additional accommodations scholars might have in your class such as use of a calculator in 7th grade math. You can get the template here.
