In a continued effort to improve Tier 1 instruction, Instructional Coaches will be receiving professional development to support the implementation of Instructional Rounds on campuses. The primary purpose of Instructional Rounds is to provide observing teachers the opportunity to compare their own instructional practices with those of the teachers they observe.
