Toy Drive is underway!&nbsp;Please fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1Dhomo8Pzjro-xAFnkCsehItdrI0RkS4F\/view?usp=sharing\">attached WISH list form<\/a> to sign up for the toy drive.&nbsp; You can take a picture of the completed form and email to&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"mailto:renae.rains@bryanisd.org\" target=\"_blank\">renae.rains@bryanisd.org<\/a>, return the form to your child&#8217;s teacher,&nbsp;or drop the form by the front office @ Rayburn Intermediate School.&nbsp; <strong>Forms must be returned by October 23rd before 4:00pm.<\/strong>&nbsp; Please help us Make a Smile Happen this Christmas season!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RISE Up awards started last week!<\/strong>  You have raised some amazing kiddos and we want to celebrate all their hard work.  At Rayburn, we do something called a RISE Up award.  Each week, teachers nominate outstanding students who either demonstrate one of our Essential 8 character traits (kindness, tolerance, gratitude, philanthropy, work ethic, optimism, courage, leadership) or a Rayburn RISE Up behavior expectation (act <strong>R<\/strong>esponsibly, act with <strong>I<\/strong>ntegrity, <strong>S<\/strong>peak appropriately, give best <strong>E<\/strong>ffort).  If your child is nominated, they get a yellow RISE Up certificate to bring home and share with you.  Then, every Wednesday, I will draw from all the nominations, and one lucky student will win a special Essential 8 Rayburn T-shirt!
