If you do not wish to change your child\u2019s instructional model for the second six weeks of school, you do not need to do anything. <strong>If you would like to change your child\u2019s instructional model for the 2nd Six Weeks of school,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeYo09uDuC-bG254jpBjX8if1gl4veg2f1a1jT1BzE7Lzwfxg\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\">you must click here and fill out this form<\/a>\u00a0before Monday, September 14.<\/strong> You must complete a form for each child you would like to change for the 2nd Six Weeks. The 2nd Six Weeks of school will begin on Monday, September 28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are changing from online to face to face, you must return your child&#8217;s laptop to school by Monday, September 28th.  You are also responsible for registering your child for bus transportation if you&#8217;d like that to begin on their first day back to school.
