{"id":748,"date":"2020-05-18T07:56:49","date_gmt":"2020-05-18T12:56:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.bryanisd.org\/rayburnnews\/?p=748"},"modified":"2020-05-18T07:57:01","modified_gmt":"2020-05-18T12:57:01","slug":"item-return-pick-up","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.bryanisd.org\/rayburnnews\/2020\/05\/18\/item-return-pick-up\/","title":{"rendered":"Item Return &amp; Pick-Up"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Student Materials Return and Pick Up PLAN &amp; MAP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>May 20-21, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hello Raider Families!\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please review this plan to know exactly when you can come to Rayburn to pick up any things your student may have left in the building &#8211;or&#8211; to drop off anything they need to return.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Find the date and time you are scheduled to come to Rayburn &#8211; it\u2019s based off your child\u2019s last name.<\/li><li>You will drive to Rayburn at your assigned time, and:<ul><li>Follow the green arrows.<\/li><li>Pull up to each cone, in order.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Stay in your vehicle at all times.&nbsp; All items will be passed through the vehicle window.<\/li><li>All Rayburn Staff will wear gloves and masks.<\/li><li>Follow the Rayburn staff\u2019s directions to know what to do.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Below, you can preview what each station will be to ensure you are prepared with everything when you arrive:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Station 1:\u00a0 Girls Athletics (inc. KickStart):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Locker items will be organized by locker number.<\/li><li>Students will have to give locker number to accept items.<\/li><li>Students will be held to the honor system to only take items that belong to them and not their locker buddy.<\/li><li>Any checked out athletic clothes must be turned in.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Station 2:\u00a0 Student Item Pick Up:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Teachers have packed up any personal student items in classrooms, including, but not limited to:<ul><li>Student work,<\/li><li>Fundraiser materials,<\/li><li>Purchased yearbooks,<\/li><li>Personal supplies<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Station 3:\u00a0 Library Return Station:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Turn in all checked out library books<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Station 4:\u00a0 Medication Pick Up Station:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If you still have any medication in the nurse\u2019s office, you can pick it up here.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Station 5:\u00a0 Laptop &amp; Cord return:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Return any checked out district laptops and chargers.<\/li><li>You can do this at your OLDEST child\u2019s school.<\/li><li>If you have more than one laptop and charger, please turn them all in at the same location.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Station 6:\u00a0 Band &amp; Orchestra Instrument Return:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Return any Rayburn instruments.<\/li><li>Pick up any student items left in music rooms.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Station 7:\u00a0 Boys Athletics (inc.
