We’ve recently seen a dramatic increase in energy drinks at school. Red Bull, Monster, and Bang are the most common. Unfortunately, we’ve also experienced dramatic changes in behavior with students who drink these while at school. From behaviors that are extremely hyper and disruptive, loud, and impulsive, to the soon after “crash” that leads to extreme lethargy and sleepiness accompanied by grouchiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If your child drinks energy drinks, we ask that you please leave them at home.<\/span><\/strong> We can’t control what you pack in a school lunch, but they will not be allowed in our classrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Students can bring a water bottle to drink WATER from home or our water fountains.
