Dear Parents/Guardians,
The Student Contact and Relation Review Report is a report that reviews the contacts and relationships for students. It checks to make sure students have legal guardians listed correctly. Legal guardians are the ones listed on birth certificates, legal documents or court orders. If anyone is listed as a guardian in eSchool that doesn’t fall into a guardian status, they will be changed to an emergency contact. This is being checked now and we want to give our parents a heads up so if someone is changed to an emergency contact, you will understand why. Should you wish to have someone listed as a guardian, all you need to do is provide the legal documentation to make that change.
