Any changes made will begin in January 2021.  If you <strong>do not<\/strong> wish to change your child\u2019s instructional model, you do not need to do anything at this time.<br><br><strong>If you would like to change your child\u2019s instructional model for the 4th Six Weeks of school, you must complete the form using the link below that was sent to parents.
